If during the use of you Device, you suspect that there is a SW security vulnerability that may mean the Device does not comply with the PSTI act 2022 we request that you complete the form below and provide as much detail on the issue so that we can investigate and identify the root cause to ensure we can investigate and resolve the potential vulnerability.

Once we receive your notification, we will respond to this within 48 hours. We will aim to have a solution no later than 90 days after your initial request.
