Where do you ship to?

We ship to Europe for an additional charge of £5.99. 

When you get to the checkout and add your country you can see if we deliver to where you are. If your country is not listed unfortunately we can't deliver.

In addition Genuine Case Company are not liable for any additional import duties which may apply. You may need to check with the relevant tax department in your country.

What is your returns policy?

In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchase you have 14 days to return it to us for a refund.

The product must be unused and fully resaleable, otherwise you will not receive a full refund. Also, you will be liable for the return postage if the reason for your return is purely a change of mind.

If the goods are faulty, firstly we apologise and secondly we will gladly replace free of charge within the first 30 days and thereafter will repair your phone if under warranty.

Can I exchange my item?

If we have sent you the wrong item, we will gladly exchange and pay for your return postage.

If however you have ordered incorrectly, we will gladly exchange (as long as the product is intact and fully resaleable) but you will have to pay the return postage.

In either event please contact cs@genuinecasecompany with full details.

What is the warranty on my item?

Genuine Case Company offers a 12 month warranty on all accessories and cases covering manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not include customer damage, loss, inappropriate use or natural wear and tear.

Genuine Case Company will not provide replacements for incorrect fitting or improper use of screen protectors such as misalignment, peeling in the corners, air bubbles or self-inflicted damage.

We offer a 24 month warranty on JCB Toughphone and Tough Tablet, details of which can be found in the box which your phone came in, or in the download section on this web page.

Genuine Case Company products use the finest materials and are fully tested and certified. However we cannot cover damage to your device as a result of everyday use. Whilst our cases and screen protectors have been proven to provide the level of cover indicated, there will always be exceptions. 

Genuine Case Company will also not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products.

To make a claim contact cs@genuinecasecompany.com. You will need proof of purchase.

Privacy Policy

At the Genuine Case Company we are committed to providing a safe shopping experience. Your personal information is never shared and is used to process your order, returns and to keep you up to date with our latest offers and products (you can opt out of these communications at any time).

Our platform is built on tried and trusted software by 123-Reg, one of the world’s leading internet companies. As a result information integrity (both personal and financial) are second to none.

Your information will not be shared with any third party unless there is a legal obligation to do so. Neither do we store any payment information other than details required to confirm you identity subject to our fraudulent data checks; this includes the last four digits of your payment card and the expiry date. 

We do not store Credit Card details.

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with the Genuine Case Company Limited, a UK registered company Number: 12199129, registered address Southlands, Wybunbury Lane, Stapeley, Cheshire, CW5. 

Each time a purchase is made on this website, the purchaser agrees to the terms. As the terms and conditions are regularly updated please read and accept each time you make a purchase.

GENERAL TERMS

This website is the property of Genuine Case Company Limited and cannot be replicated, linked or otherwise used without written permission. In addition all images are also the property of Genuine Case Company.

This website uses cookies. Session cookies are temporary cookies and they are automatically deleted when you close your browser. Session cookies enable the basic functionality of the site including login and authentication, language shopping carts and e-billing. We use performance cookies to understand how users use our website for example which pages are mostly visited and what errors are encountered. These cookies do not collect personal information. Functionality cookies help our website to remember choice you have made on the site including region, language preferences, display preferences (font and text size) and other personal preferences.

We never share your information with any third party company. We also never store your payment details or details linked directly to any payment method, other than details required to confirm you identity subject to our fraudulent data checks. This includes the last four digits of your payment card and the expiry date.  

Contact form information may be stored by Genuine Case Company in order to answer your query. This information will not be shared or used for any other purpose other than to answer your initial query. 

Genuine Case Company is a UK business and as such any legal disputes will be settled under UK law.

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

WEBSITE INFORMATION & ACCURACY

To our knowledge the information on this website is as accurate as possible. However, the material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. 

PURCHASES & PAYMENT

Your order will be processed within one working day (subject to availability) and despatched Royal Mail Second Class. Your order should be delivered within 2-3 days. Please allow for up to 7 days before contacting Customer Services.

The total price for your order will be shown in your basket and also confirmed in your order. All pricing includes VAT and delivery for UK mainland addresses. 

For European orders please allow up to 14 days for delivery. Please note, European orders will be charged at £2.99 postage and any additional import charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Once your order is placed we can only cancel your order if we receive an email within 30 minutes. Following this you will have to initiate a return.

Genuine Case Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue products without notice.

Your order will be placed using a secure payment gateway. Genuine Case Company will not hold your payment information other than payment processing (either purchase or refund).

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. We may (at our discretion) limit or cancel your order especially if we suspect fraudulent activity. This may include orders placed by or under the same customer name, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

If we identify a transaction as being potentially fraudulent we may ask our courier to return the goods to our warehouse, we may cancel your order even though you will have received an order confirmation.

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES 

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products. In addition all our products are made for specific mobile phone models and it is the customers responsibility to select the correct product.

All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Likewise Genuine Case Company reserves the right to withdraw any promotion at any time.

RETURNS POLICY

Faulty Goods – if the product you receive is faulty or develops a fault within the first 30 days of ownership Genuine Case Company will issue a replacement and cover the cost of any postage.

CASE WARRANTY

If in the unlikely event your Case develops a manufacturing defect please contact cs@genuinecasecompany.com

You will need your proof of purchase / order number and may be requested to return your case for inspection prior to receiving a replacement.

GLASS PROTECTION WARRANTY

Should you receive a faulty screen protector Genuine Case Company will replace within 30 days of ownership.

Genuine Case Company will not provide replacements for incorrect fitting or improper use of the screen protector such as misalignment, peeling in the corners, air bubbles or self-inflicted damage.

So please make sure you have fully prepared your phone screen before fitting your screen protector.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no case shall Genuine Case Company, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind. Including without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.
