Roy amazing with the service he gave me phone brilliant he told me before buying this one is a weapon yes it is and works brilliant and battery life just goes on , I have not had a mobile network connection for over 3 years on my site in Jersey Channel Islands with AIRTEL VODAFONE but after the JCB Landed on site life changing it rings. I am from outside UK and bought this cos I don't trust the Chinese brands for rugged phones. I came from using a CAT S61 and trusted JCB to be my next provider. One of the reasons I chose JCB was due to the customer support and, in that regard, I was not disappointed. Roy from sales and Brian from tech support were excellent. While the product itself could be improved, I had no issues with the company, the use of the product, or the service.

Pros:
Good svc (don’t underestimate how important this can be), internal specs of device were such a delight, looks cool, feels very sturdy, rugged specs.

Cons:
The weight & bulkiness makes it rather impractical to use. Be sure to check what kind of charger & cable is required as it doesn’t come with a charger (anything with PD3.0 should suffice). The cable contained is more for data transfer. It doesn’t support reverse charging either (would be good if it did considering the large battery). The physical buttons are awkwardly placed as it is hard not to accidentally press them when holding the phone.

The main reason I couldn’t give a 5/5 is because of the weight & bulkiness (feels almost like 1 KG). However, love the internal specs which make the phone run super-fast for most applications. Hope future versions can consider this element. Thank you JCB!

Good phone, had to send first one back as the lock button on this side became faulty after 4 months, sensitive and kept restarting the phone if slightly touched.
I received great customer service and a replacement was sent out once I sent faulty phone back.

I've had this replacement phone around the 4 month and when watching videos or using apps there 4 or 5 lines that go horizontally across the screen randomly, annoying but I'm putting up with it
