Every E10 comes with a 2-year warranty backed by JCB. If something goes wrong, email our UK support team with your order number and a description of the fault. We'll arrange a repair or replacement. No overseas call centres, no runaround.
The E10 ships with Android 15 and receives security updates through Google Play services. If a specific major Android version update roadmap is critical for your use case, contact our UK support team before buying and we'll confirm the current position from the manufacturer.
If the fault is within the 2-year warranty and not caused by damage outside the IP69K and MIL-STD-810H ratings, it's covered. For accidental damage outside warranty, we can usually quote for repair rather than a full replacement. All handled in the UK.
