Shipping to Mainland UK is free of charge if you spend over £100 on devices. All accessories come with free shipping.
We ship to the rest of the UK or Europe for an additional charge of £5.99.
When you get to the checkout and add your country you can see if we deliver to where you are. If your country is not listed unfortunately we can't deliver.
In addition Genuine Case Company are not liable for any additional import duties which may apply. You may need to check with the relevant tax department in your country.
In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchase you have 14 days to return it to us for a refund.
The product must be unused and fully resaleable, otherwise you will not receive a full refund. Also, you will be liable for the return postage if the reason for your return is purely a change of mind.
If the goods are faulty, firstly we apologise and secondly we will gladly replace free of charge within the first 30 days and thereafter will repair your phone if under warranty.
In the event of any type of return, please contact cs@genuinecasecompany.com with details of your issue.
If we have sent you the wrong item, we will gladly exchange and pay for your return postage.
If however you have ordered incorrectly, we will gladly exchange (as long as the product is intact and fully resaleable) but you will have to pay the return postage.
In either event please contact cs@genuinecasecompany with full details.
Genuine Case Company offers a 12 month warranty on all accessories and cases covering manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not include customer damage, loss, inappropriate use or natural wear and tear.
Genuine Case Company will not provide replacements for incorrect fitting or improper use of screen protectors such as misalignment, peeling in the corners, air bubbles or self-inflicted damage.
We offer a 24 month warranty on JCB Toughphone and Tough Tablet, details of which can be found in the box which your phone came in, or in the download section on this web page.
Genuine Case Company products use the finest materials and are fully tested and certified. However we cannot cover damage to your device as a result of everyday use. Whilst our cases and screen protectors have been proven to provide the level of cover indicated, there will always be exceptions.
Genuine Case Company will also not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products.
To make a claim contact cs@genuinecasecompany.com. You will need proof of purchase.
