In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchase you have 30 days to return it to us for a refund.
The product must be unused and fully resalable, otherwise you will not receive a full refund. Also, you will be liable for the return postage if the reason for your return is purely a change of mind.
If the goods are faulty, firstly we apologise and secondly we will gladly replace free of charge within the first 30 days and thereafter will repair your phone if under warranty.

If we have sent you the wrong item, we will gladly exchange and pay for your return postage.
If however you have ordered incorrectly, we will gladly exchange (as long as the product is intact and fully resaleable) but you will have to pay the return postage.
